Return/Exchange Policy

WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?

Most items purchased from bensherman.co.za may be exchanged or returned for a refund within the first 30 days of delivery.

Items purchased from bensherman.co.za can be returned to our Ben Sherman store (25 4th Avenue, Parkhurst, Johannesburg)

Items purchased from bensherman.co.za cannot be returned/exchanged from an outside retailer, and vice versa.

If there are any issues with the delivery of an order, such as non-delivery or damage to products, bensherman.co.za must be notified within 14 days of the shipping date or we will be unable to assist with replacement or refund.

Returns received after the 30-day mark may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

Please note for hygienic reasons we cannot accept return/exchanges of underwear, socks, swimwear

Please note we may take up to 48 hours to respond to your query.

Items listed on "sale" are ineligible for return or exchange.

Returned merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, and accompanied by the original price tag, and packaging.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

**PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL ONLY EXCHANGE AT NO CHARGE FOR THE FIRST EXCHANGE (PROVIDED IT WAS SIZE ERROR OF 1 BELOW OR 1 ABOVE ORDERED SIZE - ANY EXCHANGES FOLLOWING THE FIRST EXCHANGE OR INCORRECT SIZE CHOSEN (IE ORDERED A SMALL AND WANTED LARGE) WILL BE AT THE CONSUMERS EXPENSE OF R150 (THIS PRICE INCLUDES COLLECTION AND DELIVERY)
